The DGt 306 GT is a superb modern day recreation of the early Ferrari Dino 246 GT, as an advantage it runs on a superbly designed modern day production car platform, the Toyota MR2 MK2, this car in itself is a classic, but we take this car which we designate the Base Unit Car or BUC, and we fully rework the car to a as new standard and in some areas better than the original. For example we convert the cars to carry the awesome 1MZ or later 3VZ Toyota and the Lexus, V6 3 litre engines, again low mileage engines reworked to provide fantastic reliability, something the early Dino's cannot boast! Then the whole car is checked and thoroughly reworked, suspenion with new coil over competition units, all suspension bushes, steering, brakes, and a fantastic Longlife stainless steel exhaust, the coolant system benefits from a new high performance Alluminium radiator, new pipes, and with electrics checked we provide a fabulous BUC ready for the full conversion.
All the DGt cars, are registered as such, and are completely individual to each of our wonderful owners, so no two cars are the same. Fast, we beleive fast enough, 0-60 in 5 seconds, top speed 150 mph. Reliable, with Toyota underneath, we think so! Design, faultless for which we take no credit, but we have enhanced detail, ergonomics and comfort, we can provide ice cold air conditioning, power steering, ABS braking, cruise control, superb retro stereo systems, and for those that enjoy a drink at the races a Champagne cooler fitted behind the passenger seat, with leather clad Chamapgne flute holders.
There are some great options, colour ranges for paintwork, leather upholstery and carpets as an example, we can provide the benefit of our long term experience to help guide you to get the DGt right for you, performance and reliabilty come as part of the package, so no choice there, but detail we can provide to make this a spectacular investment.
